Honeymoon in Antigua

You can also go down to the Shirley Heights which has many buildings which used to belong to the military in older days. Though those buildings are in ruins today, this place is still one of the liveliest places on the island. Every Sunday evening, this place comes alive with drum music and great barbecue. The sunset from here is also spectacular.

The city of St. Johns is a prime shopping center of Antigua. You can shop for branded jewelry, accessories, perfumes from the two malls on this island. You can also throng the local markets for some local handicrafts and articles. Don’t forget to take home some Caribbean souvenirs as a symbol of your trip to this wonderful island.
